This Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, and process personal information relating to you when you use (1) the PickAI Studio mobile application, and (2) any other business or service that links to this Privacy Policy. We have formulated this Privacy Policy and specially remind you to carefully read and understand it before using PickAI Studio and related services so that you can make appropriate choices.

We will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not collect personal information in a bundled or mandatory manner solely because you have agreed to this Privacy Policy.
When you use or enable relevant features or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to provide such features and services. Unless the information is necessary for basic business functions or required by laws and regulations, you may refuse to provide it without affecting your use of other features or services. This Privacy Policy applies to your access to and use of our products and services through the PickAI Studio application, webpages, the PickAI Studio software development kit (SDK) provided for third-party websites and applications, and application programming interfaces (APIs).

Please note that, for children who use our products and services, we will take additional measures to protect their privacy and security. Children under the age of 18, or under the minimum age required by the jurisdiction where you are located, are not permitted to create their own PickAI Studio accounts. If a child purchases or uses our products or services through an account created by their guardian, the guardian should provide supervision throughout the process.

PickAI Studio collects and uses information in various ways. If you choose not to provide relevant information, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant products or services. We will collect and use your personal information only for the purposes described in this statement and based on your authorization.
When you register for or log in to PickAI Studio and related services, you may log in to or create an account using your mobile phone number or Apple account. To help you complete registration, login, and account management, we may collect your mobile phone number, the unique user identifier returned through Apple account authorization, your email address, including Apple private relay email where applicable, and necessary login verification information.
For the text records generated after extraction, in order to facilitate your subsequent search and use, we will record and store them locally for you. They will only exist on your mobile phone and will not be uploaded to the cloud or our servers. Only you can access this data.
We are committed to providing you with a secure and trustworthy product and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services is our core objective. The information collected for security functions is necessary information.
a. In order to ensure the secure operation of the software and services, and to ensure the quality and efficiency of software and service operations, we may collect your hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers/device information, such as IDFV and IDFA on iOS. Different identifiers may vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by users, and how they are obtained. We may also collect network device hardware address (device MAC address), hardware serial number, IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, and other data.
b. In order to prevent malicious programs and as necessary for secure operation, we may collect information about installed applications or running processes, overall application operation, usage status and frequency, application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application source.
c. With your authorization, we, our affiliates, and our partners may use your account information, device information, service log information, or information that may be lawfully shared, to determine account security, conduct identity verification, and detect and prevent security incidents.
Photo album permission: When you use the image-to-text function, we need this permission.
File storage permission: When you need to save a generated video file to your mobile phone, we need this permission.
a. When you use our value-added services to enhance your user experience, we may retain your recharge records to ensure the traceability and security of relevant transactions. However, we will not collect or store your bank card information or identity authentication information for this purpose.
b. When you contact us, we may retain your communication/call records and content, or the contact information you provide, so that we can contact you, help you solve problems, or record the handling plan and result of relevant issues.
Please understand that, as our business develops, the functions and services provided by PickAI Studio may be adjusted or changed. In principle, where new functions or services are related to the functions or services currently provided by us, the personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. Where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original purpose, we will notify you again and obtain your consent before collecting or using your personal information.
Please understand that, under the following circumstances and in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your authorization or consent:

Please note in particular that, if information cannot identify you personally either alone or in combination with other information, it is not your personal information in the legal sense. However, when your information can identify you personally either alone or in combination with other information, or when data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information is used in combination with other personal information about you, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information under this Privacy Policy during the period of combined use.
2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the Internet. When you use PickAI Studio and related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device in order to collect and store information about your access to and use of this product. We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security purposes, enabling us to confirm whether you have securely logged in to the services or whether there is theft, fraud, or other illegal conduct. Using such technologies may help you avoid repeatedly filling in personal information or entering search content, for example by recording searches.
Most browsers provide users with the function to clear browser cache data, and you may perform the corresponding data clearing operation in your browser settings. For the PickAI Studio software, if you need to clear cookies, you need to uninstall the software. If you clear them, you may be unable to use services or corresponding functions provided by the company that rely on cookies.
We will not entrust the processing of, share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to any other third party unless we have obtained your explicit consent.

Authorization and consent principle: Sharing your personal information with our affiliates or third parties requires your authorization and consent, unless the shared personal information has been de-identified and the third party receiving it cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. If an affiliate or third party uses the information for purposes beyond the original authorized scope, they must obtain your consent again.
b. Lawfulness, legitimacy, and minimum necessity principle: Data shared with affiliates or third parties must have lawful and legitimate purposes, and the shared data must be limited to what is necessary to achieve those purposes.
c. Security and prudence principle: We will carefully evaluate the purposes for which affiliates and third parties use shared information, comprehensively assess the security capabilities of such partners, and require them to comply with cooperation agreements. We will conduct strict security monitoring of software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) through which partners obtain information, in order to protect data security.
When you use functions in PickAI Studio provided by our affiliates or third parties, or when software service providers, smart device providers, system service providers, and we jointly provide services to you, we will share information necessary for business implementation with such affiliates and third parties.
a. Ensuring usage security: We attach great importance to account and service security. To protect the accounts and property security of you and other users, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and us from unlawful infringement, we and our affiliates or service providers may share necessary device, account, and log information.
b. Analyzing product usage: To analyze the use of our services and improve the user experience, we may share statistical data about product usage, such as crashes and forced exits, with affiliates or third parties. Such data is difficult to combine with other information to identify you personally.
When you choose to participate in marketing activities organized by us, our affiliates, or third parties, you may need to provide your name, mailing address, contact information, and bank account information. This information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide it may affect your participation in relevant activities, but will not affect other functions. Only with your consent will we share such information with affiliates or third parties, in order to ensure that you receive a consistent service experience in joint activities or to entrust a third party to deliver rewards to you in a timely manner.

b. As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. Once you leave PickAI Studio and related services and browse or use other websites, services, or content resources, we will have neither the ability nor direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit to software or websites outside PickAI Studio and related services, regardless of whether your login, browsing, or use of such software or websites is based on links or guidance from PickAI Studio.
We attach great importance to your management of personal information and will make every effort to protect your rights to inquire about, access, modify, delete, withdraw consent or authorization, cancel your account, make complaints or reports, and set privacy functions regarding your personal information, so that you can protect your privacy and information security.
Certain business functions and services require your information in order to be completed. After you withdraw consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing the functions and services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing previously conducted by the company based on your authorization.
If you need to cancel your PickAI Studio account, you may do so through the account cancellation function in the application. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, and other information. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible. After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize relevant information about you, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
You may make complaints or reports in accordance with our publicly announced system. If you believe that your personal information rights may have been infringed, or if you discover clues of infringement of personal information rights, for example if you believe that our collection of your personal information violates laws or agreements between both parties, you may contact us through the email address publicly announced by the company or through PickAI Studio by going to My - Customer Feedback to enter the user feedback interface. Please understand that the PickAI Studio software and related services described in this Privacy Policy may differ depending on factors such as the mobile phone model, system version, software application version, and mobile client you use. The final products and services are subject to the PickAI Studio software and related services you actually use.
If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual notice or public announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.
Some functions in this application are provided by third-party institutions with which we cooperate (hereinafter referred to as SDK technology providers) in the form of SDK plugins. SDK technology service providers will obtain the corresponding permissions and information necessary to provide functions or services to you. Please carefully read the Third-Party SDK List (iOS).
